Returns & Exchanges
We value you, our customer, and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! Below is our return and exchange policy:
- Regular priced merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery date to receive in-store credit.
- Regular priced merchandise received after 10 days will NOT BE ACCEPTED and we will not return the item back for free.
- Local pickup returns or exchanges will be accepted up to 10 days from fulfillment email notification.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and with the tag attached. Items that appear to be worn, washed or altered will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns based on the item(s) condition.
- Items being exchanged due to sizing will be charged a $5.00 flat rate shipping fee on the exchanged item.
- Excessive returns may lead to a 20% restocking fee.
- All holiday specific items cannot be returned.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Earrings cannot be returned.

Damaged Items
We strive to bring you high quality merchandise, however, if you happen to receive a damaged item, we would be more than happy to replace the item for you (if available) and pay for the shipping fees. Please submit your information, including a photo of the damaged item to returns@phileoboutique.com. You must submit this within 3 days of delivery. If we are not notified with in 3 days, then will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
